Rare vintage Boy Scouts of America embroidered Troop Number 38 badge from the early 1940s. Troop 38 was located in Chester County, PA.
Features red wool fabric with white embroidery. Shows minor discoloration and wear consistent with age, with some fraying on the edges. Colors remain vibrant. Please carefully review photos for specifics regarding condition.
